Marko Kovacevski (76), after the discovery of his heart condition (arrhythmia), loses will for any social life. He smokes cigarettes, drinks coffees and watches quizzes whole day. For three years Marko is reluctant to even go to the regular scheduled doctor\u2019s control. Everything starts to change when he receives an unexpected phone call from his son Alek (40), who at this point is in the club with father\u2019s very good high school friend Zhana (75). Zhana informs Marko that many people from their High School generation are going to the club to play quizzes, practice yoga and do many other activities. Slowly but surely, Marko is gathering courage to get up and go to the club. His first two attempts are unsuccessful, but when finally faces his childhood friends, he joins them in the quiz team and wins. His spirit is changed, the lethargy is gone and Marko pushes himself to schedule a doctor\u2019s control, on a big and overwhelming surprise of his wife Biljana.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

The Association for Education, Promotion and Protection of Health and Human Rights \u201cBe Human\u201d is honored and pleased to invite you to the premiere of the short film \u201cSharac\u201d at the Beach Film Festival on July 17, 2024 at the opening ceremony of the festival on Slavija Beach in Ohrid.
\n\u201cBe Human\u201d celebrates the wisdom and experience of our elders, for whom it is crucial to ensure that they enjoy optimal health and well-being. Our campaign, \u201cGolden Years: Caring for Our Elders\u201d, aims to raise awareness and take action to improve the quality of life of senior citizens in our community.
\nThe campaign begins with the premiere of the short film \u201cSharac\u201d \u2013 through which the message of caring for the elderly, awareness of mental and physical health, and healthy aging is conveyed.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n
